Inclusive friendly getaway (hideout, lol) in the middle of rural Georgia. Enjoy icy Margaritas to smooth thumping music by the pool as life drifts slowly by. I met lots of great people here. The gnats will worry you to death during the day. Bring repellent and all is OK. Loved the camping.

Great pool area / pool Bar
This place is great. Wide open and beautiful. Have to deal with friendly nats (office has "no natz" in a spray bottle that tames them down). The park owner is always here and super friendly too. Lots of fun whether at the pool, bar or sugar shack. I'm parking my motor home here as a getaway from Sawmill. Love it.

Lots of space , lots of tent sites , few Cabins.
Dirt/muddy roads. Needs much attention.

Been here several times. I don't remember the bugs being so bad before though. Can they spray or something? Cafe food is good if you can interrupt the staff's discussion group. They don't seem too anxious to wait on customers. The bar has been remodeled nicely and is more intimate. The bar staff seems more interested in serving customers than the café does.
