My car was repaired in 45 minutes and I was back on the road.
Had trouble while traveling home on interstate in my work vehicle, and I was so grateful Brannen Ford was on the exit where I had to get off the road. I could not continue driving like that! They checked my truck out, found a bad tire, changed it for me, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you Brannen Ford for taking care of me!!

They only get a star because I have to in order to write this. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They asked if they could used salvaged parts to fix the car and we agreed. Once we got the car back, we realized that it felt like parts were grinding on each other and the car ride was far from smooth. Upon taking it to a different repair shop, they found that the parts were NOT SALVAGEABLE according to the numbers listed on the parts (which is how authorized individuals are supposed to be able to tell usable from nonusable parts). There were metal shavings everywhere and it was clear that if it had been driven any longer that even more serious damage would have occurred. Brannen Ford charged over $700 to fix the car with nonusable parts, and it cost another $500 at the other repair shop to fix Brannen Ford's mistakes. Luckily, the second repair shop was honest and decent and offered to help us out in any way they could (i.e. pictures of the parts, writing a notarized statement about the condition of the parts used, personally speaking with the proper people at Brannen Ford, etc). Brannen Ford's service department is almost impossible to get a hold of over the phone, and leaving messages resulted in no returned phone calls. Upon finally reaching the proper personnel at Brannen Ford to ask what could be done to resolve this issue, they claimed that WE couldn't be trusted and that we would need to send them the non-usable parts (on our own expense) for "proof." They wouldn't even entertain the idea of talking to the other car repair shop or receiving any other proof from them. They would probably try to reuse those parts on someone else's car. This place totally tried to take advantage of us and has probably taken advantage of countless others. Hopefully this review helps prevent someone else's vehicle from being improperly fixed and saves them the time, money and headache we've had to experience dealing with this awful place.
